• Click on link to order form. Print it out and fax it to us.

Delivery:

• We are committed to processing all orders promptly. Most products will be shipped within 1 business day.
• Special orders, non-stock items, and some paper products may require a longer lead-time.
• We ship via UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise requested.
• Orders shipped via UPS collect or third party or shipped with a carrier other than UPS are subject to an additional handling charge.

• All prices are FOB shipping point.
• Prices are subject to change without a 30 day advance notice — Please verify prices when ordering.

Return Policy:

• A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning products. If there is no R.A. number shown on each carton returned, the return may be refused.
• Please verify that products being returned are within warranty date when requesting the R.A.
• Products returned to us, unless defective, are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Special orders, some paper products, and non-stock items may not be returned. Please check before obtaining a Return Authorization.
  • OEM Products (toners and ink jets) 30 days from shipping date.
  • MICR manufactured and OEM 6 months from shipping date.
  • All other products (financial ink rollers, toners and ink jets, POS ribbons, ect.) 90 days from shipping date.

Guarantee:

• The majority of our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of the invoice.

Terms:

• Net 30 days with approved credit. (Please download the credit application or call us for a credit application)
• Visa, MasterCard or COD, prior to credit approval.
  **All credit card payments subject to a 7.5% processing fee
  
• Cash with order for exports. International accounts should contact their Sales Representative directly (see back inside
  cover for contact information).

Minimum Order:

• All orders under $75.00, per shipping destination, will be charged a $5.00 small order fee.
• We do not accept orders under $20.00. Any orders under the minimum amount will be charged an additional fee to
  raise the order amount to $20.00, with freight and $5.00 small order fee additional.
• Some paper items require a minimum case amount, or are subject to an additional service charge.
